Couple of New Mini Goals

Last night while I couldn't sleep I got to thinking about how long it's been since I've been at certain weights. I set a couple of short term goal weights for myself, so we'll see how it works out!
  1. Reach 175 by Feb. 1st - this will be my 50 Pound mark!
  2. Reach 169 by Feb. 13th (my 26th Birthday) - I haven't been in the 160's since 2006!
I try not to set too many specific weight goals for myself, because it can be so discouraging when I don't hit the number, especially when I am really trying hard. However, I have to pace myself to get to 135 by this summer like I want, so hopefully I can hit these 2 milestones in the next month!
