Stupid Weigh In

177.4...Stupid! But no excuses this week. I had a bad week, but that doesn't mean I had to eat bad, but I did, and I gained weight. That simple. My own fault because I was careless! I've had too many weeks like this lately and I'm going to have to shake it if I want to hit my goals! I need to lose 2+ pounds each week this month to be on track to hit 140 by August. Come on Kelli...get in the game!!!
