Chicken Sausage, 1/2 C Brown Rice, 1/2 C Rotel, & 1/2" Velveeta

Snack 2:00pm - 140 Calories
Fiber One Chocolate Bar
Snack 4:30pm - 60 Calories
1 C Grapes
Dinner 6:00pm - 380 Calories
2 Eggs Scrambled, 1/3 C Cheese, 1/4 C Rotel, Green Onions
2 pc Lt. Wheat Bread, 2 T Low Sugar Strawberry Jelly
Snack 9:00pm - 80 Calories
I did much better this week. Buying all of those fruits and veggies on Monday really helped! Every time I got hungry I just ate some of those.
